The Adrien Dubouché National Museum is located in Limoges, France, and is dedicated to the art and history of ceramics. It is named after Adrien Dubouché, a Limoges porcelain manufacturer and collector who donated his personal collection to the city of Limoges in 1875. The museum’s collection consists of over 20,000 ceramic pieces from Limoges and around the world, dating from the ancient period to contemporary times. It is known for its exceptional collection of Limoges porcelain, as well as ceramics from China, Japan, Korea, and Islamic countries. In addition to its permanent collection, the museum also hosts temporary exhibitions, workshops, and educational programs. The building that houses the museum, the Palais de l’Évêché, is a historic monument in its own right, dating back to the 18th century.
