Lille Métropole Museum of Modern, Contemporary and Outsider Art, also known as LaM, is a modern and contemporary art museum located in Villeneuve d'Ascq, a suburb of Lille in northern France. The museum's collection includes more than 7,000 works of art from the 20th and 21st centuries, including paintings, sculptures, photographs, videos, and installations. The collection is divided into three areas: modern art, contemporary art, and art brut or outsider art. The museum also features temporary exhibitions and a sculpture park. Notable artists represented in the collection include Pablo Picasso, Joan Miró, Georges Braque, Alexander Calder, Jean Dubuffet, and many others. The museum's building was designed by Roland Simounet and opened in 1983.
